Therapy for Parenting

Parenting is hard!

It’s not like they come with a manual! Families take so many shapes and sizes, each unique with challenges and joys. Therapy for parents focuses on how our own stuff (like a history of trauma) impacts our ability to parent well. We’ll explore parenting skills like setting boundaries, making decisions, determining consequences, and figuring out how to have actual conversations with your kid(s). Therapy is tailored to the parents and family dynamics because no two families are the same!

Therapy can help with:

  • Blended Families

  • Divorcing/Separating Families

  • Single Parenting

  • Co-parenting

  • Raising Grandchildren

  • Adoption

  • Behavioral Issues (of parents or children)
