Women’s issues often stem from cultural expectations and pressures. Our bodies, brains, and existence are always on display. Therapy for women’s issues starts with identifying cultural impacts on how we see ourselves and the world in which we live. We will challenge expectations - that we’ve put on ourselves and that culture has thrown upon us. We will navigate together ways for you to feel like you are powerful in your own skin.
